How to Pray for Your Connections on LinkedIn

Updated: May 17, 2021

One of my favorite things to do on social media is to create a post asking people if they need prayer. I get tons of engagement! It's the easiest way to develop a relationship with someone, yet it is so underutilized on LinkedIn.

Prayer changes business circumstances, both for the receiver and the giver of the praying.

The Bible says

"Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working." (James 5:16)

If you're going to put yourself out there as a prayer warrior for other business people on LinkedIn, be ready for all the circumstances you could be involved in changing. Your prayers will have the power to change:

  • Desperate business situations

  • Hopeless career conditions

  • Financial problems

  • Marketplace obstacles

  • Employee and partner issues

  • The mindset of people

  • Entrepreneurial defeats into victories

Our marketplace prayers as Christian entrepreneurs have the power to change anything that stands between the one asking and God’s perfect will for the receiver's life.

And prayer also has the awesome power to change us, the ones who are praying. Consistently asking to pray for others on LinkedIn changes the priorities of our reason for spending time on the platform.

Prayer does have the power to change things in business. In fact, prayer has the power to change the entire marketplace.
